Job Summary:
Summer Camp
Monday - Friday
9:00 am - 2:30pm
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Coordinator to join our team. As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing various programs and initiatives, as well as coordinating events and activities. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for making a positive impact in the community.
Duties:
- Develop and implement programs to meet the needs of the organization and its stakeholders
- Coordinate and manage events, including logistics, scheduling, and promotion
- Collect and analyze data to measure program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful program implementation
- Manage social media platforms to promote programs and engage with the community
- Assist with fundraising efforts to support program initiatives
- Conduct public speaking engagements to educate the public about program goals and outcomes
- Provide leadership and guidance to program staff and volunteers
- Oversee project management activities, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are achieved
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to public health
Skills:
- Strong market knowledge in the relevant industry or field
- Proficient in social media management tools and strategies
- Experience in program development and implementation
- Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate others
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data for decision-making purposes
- Experience in fundraising or grant writing is preferred
- Knowledge of public health principles and practices is a plus
