The Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County is looking for a Regional Director of Club Operations to work cohesively with the other Regional Directors to ensure exceptional leadership and oversight of our 20 clubs throughout Palm Beach County.
Under the supervision of the Chief Impact Officer (CIO), The Regional Director of Club Operations (RDCO) is responsible for overseeing daily Club operations of assigned clubs. The primary focus is for a comprehensive, outcome-driven program and service delivery, safety, supervision of staff, facilities management, community relations, and membership administration. The RDCO advises and assists Club leadership in hiring, training, planning, management, budget management, safety and implementing a high-quality Club experience focusing on the organization's priority outcomes.
