Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:
Lead, train, and motivate a team of rental car associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Develop and implement training programs to ensure high levels of performance and customer service.
Provide guidance and support to staff, addressing concerns and maintaining team morale.
Fleet Utilization & Maintenance:
Oversee the daily management and effective utilization of the rental fleet, ensuring maximum profitability.
Manage inventory levels and coordinate fleet rotation with the sales department to minimize downtime.
Scheduling & Time Management:
Create efficient schedules for the rental car department team, ensuring optimal staffing levels to meet customer demand.
Oversee time management for all employees, ensuring adherence to work hours and efficient operation during peak times.
Department Profitability:
Manage department budget and financial targets, focusing on maximizing revenue and minimizing costs.
Implement and monitor performance metrics to track department success and identify areas for improvement.
Identify opportunities to increase rental revenue through upselling, pricing strategies, and promotions.
Customer Service Excellence:
Ensure the highest level of customer service, addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Build strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.

Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of rental car management experience or a related field.
