Responsibilities
- Assist bartenders in preparing and serving drinks to customers promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Stock and replenish supplies such as liquor, beer, mixers, garnishes, and ice as needed throughout shifts.
- Help with bussing tables and clearing away empty glasses or dishes to ensure a tidy environment for guests.
- Communicate effectively with bartenders and other staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Follow all food handling and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and assisting with their needs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in restaurants or catering environments, is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and patrons.
