Summary
Brabner and Hollon, Inc is seeking to hire an experienced I n-House Technical Sales Representative . This is a sales position that requires knowledge of 'builders hardware' along with excellent customer service skills. This individual will be responsible for representing the company in a professional manner, selling solutions, and troubleshooting client issues. The position requires computer proficiency and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment while preparing client solutions. Please reach out, if you are personable, detail-oriented, organized and work well with deadlines. Knowledge of Division 8 (doors, frames, and hardware) is required.
Essential Functions
- Represent the company in a professional manner with good customer service, verbal communication and written skills.
- Interpret specifications and blueprints. Enter Takeoff into Comsense. Negotiate with manufacturers', detail and machine orders.
- Manage and meet client's delivery expectations. Go to jobsites and ensure quality and installation are correct.
- Maintain and manage backlog while servicing client.
- Maintain, manage backlog while exceeding company expectations for volume and margin balance.
- Other duties as assigned.
