Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee our construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of construction management, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams. This role is essential for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position is for a working superintendent. The majority of their day will be working at a job site and coordinating all materials, vendors and field personnel with the goal of completing a project on time, within budget and per plans and specs.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Review and interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate implementation of project plans.
- Manage and oversee subcontractors to ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, quality of work, and adherence to specifications.
- Implement effective communication strategies among team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Address any issues or conflicts that arise during construction in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of schematics, budgeting processes, and quality control measures.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
- The ability to be assertive but calm in times of conflict.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
