Marketing Analyst

Job Function:  This position is responsible for managing research to identify market and customer opportunities, driving sales and revenue through marketing materials, including presentations, email campaigns, social media, website content, blogs, infographics, surveys, and other content, and supporting the company's overarching marketing strategy.   

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Originate MQLs (Marketing Qualified Lead) – conduct online research to identify opportunities with customers and products.
2. Generate additional leads through SEO and website content, update website with relevant content to drive new customer development and current customer engagement.
3. Support the sales team and reinforce Bradford’s industry leadership through the development of sales presentations, innovation sample packaging, sell sheets, infographics, blogs etc
4. Drive customer engagement strategy through targeted customer emails and social media content.
5. Research trends – Products, Ingredients and Customers - to enhance cooperative approach to prototype development to support the Bradford sales effort.
6. Track and optimize marketing results to develop ROI on specific activities.
7. Write and produce annual sustainability report for customer distribution to demonstrate our strategic objective on sustainability.
8. Enhance Bradford public perception by writing internal news publication, assisting in event management and organization, including charitable initiatives and corporate events.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no direct supervisory responsibility.

4. Bradford Customers

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

1. 4-year degree in marketing, communications or related field
2. 2 years of professional experience 
3. Strong written and communication skills
4. Solid command of grammar 
5. Fluency with Word, PowerPoint, and social media sites – Photoshop experience a plus 
6. Ability to work with limited supervision
7. Ability to multi-task and adapt to change
8. Ability to manage and develop web pages
