Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager of Corporate Consolidations and Reporting. This key leadership role will oversee the corporate consolidation team, and management of the consolidations process within OneStream, including preparation of the consolidated income statement, balance sheet and other key management reports. This role will report directly to the Chief Accounting Officer and can be located within a divisional office or be a remote role anywhere in the U.S. with occasional travel.
Responsibilities Include
- Lead and coordinate the financial consolidation process on a monthly basis
- Lead the consolidation team in preparing the consolidated income statement, balance sheet and supporting schedules for external and management reporting
- Review and approve all intercompany accounting transactions and journal entries
- Liaise proactively with regional controllers and related functions to ensure adherence to company policies, processes and deadlines
- Partner with technical accounting team to prepare consolidated statement of cash flow
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external audit requests
- Maintain legal entity and divisional accounting structure within OneStream
- Establish and maintain a SOX 404 environment, and supporting documentation, for key balance sheet and income statement accounts
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly SEC financial reporting including financial statements, footnotes and disclosures
- Seek opportunities to streamline and shorten the close and reporting cycle while maintaining effective internal controls
- Preparation of ad-hoc analyses and special projects as requested
- Build and lead a high performing team
The ideal candidate will have
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA required
- 8 years of experience with general accounting, intercompany transactions, account reconciliations, and financial reporting within complex business organizations
- Public company and SOX 404 industry experience is preferred
- Experience with OneStream is highly preferred
- Proven ability to lead high functioning teams and establish best in class processes
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Willingness to tackle and troubleshoot problems in a fast-paced environment
