What are the responsibilities and job description for the ERP Analyst- Prophet 21 (P21) position at BradyPLUS?
The ERP Analyst will act as the subject matter expert for the P21 system and processes. They will provide detailed analysis, technical support and incident resolution. The role will focus on areas of opportunity and make recommendations to ensure P21 is being fully optimized to its maximum potential to meet company objectives. The Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders and functional partners to understand operating needs and warehouse optimization.
***This is a remote position that can be located anywhere within the United States
Responsibilities Include:
User Support and Training: Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot system issues, and assist with training sessions to ensure effective use of the P21 system.
Business Process Analysis: Work with business stakeholders to analyze and document business processes, identifying gaps and ensuring alignment with system capabilities.
Data Management Support: Support data migration, integration, and synchronization between P21 and other business systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Reporting and Analytics: Collaborate with the ERP Implementation team to develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to support business decision-making and provide insights into operational performance.
Continuous Improvement & Optimization: Identify areas to more fully optimize P21 across BradyPLUS, make recommendations to leadership, and support with execution.
The ideal candidate will have:
5 years of experience working with and providing technical support for Epicor P21,
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred),
Experience with integration tools and methodologies,
Experience in distribution and supply chain industries.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
Excellent written and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders,
Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools,
SQL experience (preferred).
