At Brain and Body Autism Center (BBAC) , we take a neuroscience-driven approach to Autism therapy, focusing on the neurobiological foundations of Autism and the holistic development of each child. Our goal is to successfully mainstream children through intensive early intervention , and we limit enrollment to just 14 children at a time to ensure quality care.
We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and build our ABA department from the ground up . This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional who is eager to think beyond traditional ABA frameworks , integrate neuroscientific insights into therapy , and contribute to the academic research and development of innovative intervention techniques.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and lead BBAC’s ABA program with a strong focus on neurobiological underpinnings of Autism.
- Supervising BTs who are supporting students who are transitioning to mainstream schools.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and parents to support school integration.
- Oversee data collection and analysis for effective treatment planning.
- Manage insurance documentation and compliance requirements.
- Explore new therapy techniques and contribute to research and publication opportunities in collaboration with universities.
