What you will do:
- Work on a brand team, reporting to the marketing manager, where you’ll play a critical role in driving profitable growth, inclusive of P&L ownership.
- Take charge of developing business and portfolio strategies for key oral care segments, identifying priorities & developing workstreams against them.
- Engage with the sales team to provide thought leadership for retailers and drive omnichannel strategies, with a focus on delivering growth via digital commerce.
- Provide strategic leadership, motivate and manage a cross-functional team to drive business priorities.
- Partner with key SME’s (subject matter experts) in developing high impact, integrated marketing campaigns and innovation concepts through clear brand strategies and briefings.
- Develop and activate against people-centric insights, driven by a keen understanding of culture, customers and data synthesis.
- Lead everyday operations, including market share and performance analysis, budget management, forecasting volumes and facilitating communication between key stakeholders.
- Participate in robust training and frequent mentoring and coaching.
- Bachelor's Degree ideally in Marketing, Finance, Sales or related fields
- 5 years of commercial experience, preferably in Marketing or Sales
- Key involvement in Business Analysis, Marketing Plan development, and cross-functional project management
- MBA
- Experience working in consumer product goods
