What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Executive position at Branded?
Branded is a Chicago-based integrated communications agency specializing in the areas of public relations, creative content and brand strategy. Our clients span the consumer, sports, lifestyle, entertainment, business to business and tech spaces.
And we’re hiring! Branded is looking for a dynamic account executive who wants to grow with our agency far beyond the position for which we’re hiring. Our business not only changes day to day but hour to hour, so, the ideal candidate is someone who works well under pressure, showcases the ability to adjust on the fly and works well both independently and in a group setting.
The account executive, integral to the Branded team, will primarily be responsible for handling media relations drafting pitches, developing media lists, coordinating interviews and preparing briefing documents. The account executive will also participate in weekly client calls and support research projects and account management.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be a legal U.S. resident
- Must be based in the Chicagoland area
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- College degree in journalism, marketing or related field
- Must be proficient in AP Style
- At least 1 years of prior public relations experience
