Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen understanding of inventory control, and the ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in selecting vehicles.
  • Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within the sales software.
  • Manage inventory control by tracking vehicle availability and coordinating with management on stock levels.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
  • Utilize retail math skills to calculate financing options and payment plans for customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall dealership success.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to customers.
  • Conduct follow-up communications with potential buyers to nurture leads through the sales pipeline.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail sales or outside sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proficiency in using sales software and tools for tracking customer interactions.
  • Solid understanding of inventory control processes and retail math principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for cars and knowledge of automotive market trends is highly desirable.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or related fields is a plus.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
