Experienced LDAR Supervisor

We are seeking LDAR Supervisors in the Victoria/El Campo, TX area

The Site Supervisor will oversee LDAR Services.

Job Duties Include:

· Report directly to Regional Operations Manager

· Supervise all operations within the region.

· Complete all assignments related to environmentally regulated requirements, client requests, and company direction.

· Schedule all tasks to be completed in an efficient time frame.

· Ensure all company standards are met.

· When needed, conduct interviews for new/replacement employees and train per company training outline.

· Conduct weekly QA audits to ensure compliance.

· Complete LDAR Method-21 monitoring as required.

Qualifications:

· Must have a minimum of two years of LDAR experience, supervision preferred.

· Must be able to effectively manage time/scheduling.

· Excellent organization and communication skills.

· Microsoft Office skills.

· Must be at least 21 years of age and be able to pass an MVR, background, and drug/alcohol test(s).

· Must have OGI/FLIR experience and current certification.

• Guideware, Skybridge experience a plus.
