Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Accounting to lead our accounting and finance departments. Duties
- Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Manage the general ledger accounting process, including month-end close activities and account reconciliations.
- Conduct thorough account analysis to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance management by developing and enforcing internal controls and policies.
- Lead cost management initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that support business decisions.
- Stay updated on technical accounting standards and changes in regulations affecting the organization.
- Utilize financial software to streamline accounting processes and enhance reporting capabilities.
