Human Resource Manager

Brave Wings Therapy, a pediatric private practice with locations in Fairfield and Sparta, NJ, specializing in Speech, Feeding, Occupational, and ABA Therapy. We pride ourselves on hiring clinicians and administrative staff who work well together to provide exceptional care through every step of the therapeutic process.
We are looking to hire a full-time or by contract Human Resource Manager, Monday thru Friday 9 AM - 3 PM, to help us achieve our goal.
Responsibilities include:
Recruitment & Staffing:
•
Overseeing the recruitment process, from job postings to interviewing and onboarding new employees.
•
Collaborating with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Employee Relations:
•
Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
•
Developing and implementing employee policies and procedures.
•
Organizing team-building activities and events to boost morale and team cohesion.
Performance Management:
•
Setting performance standards and conducting performance appraisals.
•
Providing feedback, coaching, and development plans for employees to help them grow in their roles.
Compliance:
•
Ensuring the company complies with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
•
Keeping up-to-date with changes in employment laws and advising management accordingly.
Compensation & Benefits:

Managing payroll, benefits administration, and employee compensation programs.
•
Conducting salary surveys and bench-marking to ensure competitive pay structures.
Training & Development:
•
Identifying training needs and coordinating employee development programs.
•
Conducting training sessions on topics such as company policies, workplace safety, and diversity.
Strategic Planning:
•
Collaborating with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.
•
Developing and implementing HR initiatives that support organizational growth and employee engagement.
HR Administration:
•
Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records.
•
Managing HR software and systems to streamline HR processes.
