What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resource Assistant position at BRC Mental Health Serivices?
BRC Mental Health Services/Boise Residential Care (BRC) is hiring a part time Human Resources Assistant. BRC is a housing provider and a mental health agency creating a new type of housing and mental health clinical services all in one program for those diagnosed with a serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI). You will work 90% remote but will need to run errands, go to the houses or the agency a couple of times a week for meetings or to drop off or pick up stuff.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Strong critical thinker and problem solver
- Highly motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Very efficient with multi-tasking and time-management
- Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong computer and technical skills
- Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information
Duties
- Maintain employee records to ensure state compliance
- Scan, upload, audit and oversee all employee paperwork
- Organize and set up employee training classes
- Assist the HR Director and the HR House Manager with HR audits
- Assist the HR Director in researching, organizing and implementing company parties
- Assist with special projects and other duties as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- 2 year experience in Human Resources
- Knowledge/experience in the Healthcare field
Preferred qualifications
- Knowledge or experience in Assisted Living
- Bachelor’s degree
