Breckendale Flower Farm is seeking an experienced Wholesale Horticulture Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll execute cultural practices, develop new techniques or methods for growing high-quality plant material, and maintain clean and tidy work areas.
You'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of annual crop culture and growing procedures, including fertilization, IPM, and PGR applications. A Commercial Pesticide License is required for this position.
We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $85,000, depending on experience, as well as a 401k retirement account with up to 4% company match. You'll also enjoy paid time off, employee discounts, and training opportunities.
