Summary
As a Client Relations/Sales Support professional, you will be one of the primary points of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer support and sales assistance. With core skills in English communication, client services, and data entry, you will ensure accurate and timely responses to client inquiries. Your premium skills in client relations and sales will contribute toward the optimal delivery of products and services that our company is known for. Leveraging your relevant skills in Microsoft Office and outbound calling, you will contribute to the growth and success of our sales team. Additionally, you will assist in identifying new clientele and schedule outcalls to develop new business. Multiple aspects of digital sales will be assigned based on competency in this area.
