Job Description
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the team, assist with data entry and record-keeping, and contribute to special projects and initiatives. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, between 8am-5pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases.
- Develop and implement procedures for effective workflow management.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with internal stakeholders, including department heads and colleagues.
- Provide exceptional customer service to external clients and partners.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to discussions on business strategies and initiatives.
