A top-tier senior living organization in Vermont is searching for a Health Services Director to oversee its assisted living and memory care facility in Essex Junction. In this leadership role, you’ll oversee a 100-bed facility with 40 direct reports, ensuring compliance, managing audits, and leading staff education.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise 40 direct reports.
- Plan, develop, implement, evaluate, and execute the nursing services, programs, and activities.
- Complete admission assessments and care plans and ensure that updates are completed by state policies.
- Participate in facility surveys and inspections.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Active RN or LPN license is required.
- 5 years of leadership experience.
- Regulatory and auditing experience is preferred.
