The PM role is to identify and protect the risk of the project. By reviewing, communicating and verifying all aspects within the project scope, will help ensure project success.
- Negotiate with vendors & subcontractors on pricing for buyout
- Write subcontracts & purchase service contracts
- Review ICS Labor / Material and Phases % to complete
- Review Labor Tracking to ensure accuracy
- Review Submittal Log & Procurement Log
- Review Change Order
- Review RFI
- Forecast Labor & Material
- Plan and direct the operations required for the completion of assigned projects within budget, customer requirements and timelines.
- Confers with and directs field personnel and subcontractors engaged in planning and executing work procedures, interpreting specifications, and coordinating various phases of construction to prevent delays.
- Conducts risk management assessments and strategies.
- Prepares billing projections for assigned construction projects based upon project completion schedule as well as reviews the projections for all other projects.
