Job Responsibilities
🔹 Estimating & Pre-Construction:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for HVAC and mechanical projects, including labor, materials, and subcontractor costs.
- Review project specifications, drawings, and proposals to develop competitive bids.
- Work with vendors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Identify project risks and opportunities during the estimating phase.
🔹 Project Management:
- Oversee HVAC projects from award to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage schedules, procurement, and labor resources to optimize efficiency.
- Track project costs, prepare change orders, and ensure profitability.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
✅ 3 years of experience in HVAC estimating and project management.
✅ Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, piping, and refrigeration.
✅ Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
✅ Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
