Starting Pay: $30-$40 Depending on Experience

Landscape Foreman Expectations:
- You have the ability to work independently and/or lead a team
- You’ll need to possess great communication skills
- You’ll be attending weekly staff meetings to review production and help the team troubleshoot issues, plan for potential issues, hold the team accountable, celebrate great performance, etc.
- You’ll need to uphold company standards and values
- You’ll work with clients to achieve their desired results
- You’ll continue growing by continuing education
- You’ll be responsible for spot checking properties for quality and address any issues that arise
- You’ll assist in other company divisions when needed
- You’ll be part of the snow removal team
- You’ll be working outside in all climates and conditions
- Ability to lift 75 pounds on a regular basis
- Comprehend project designs from start to finish
