Job Title: Maintenance Worker
Facility: Briarcliff Manor Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing Care
Schedule: Full-Time | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $18 - $20 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the building and grounds in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility fixtures, including handrails, windows, flooring, walls, and ceilings.
- Safely handle tools and equipment, such as saws, screwdrivers, hammers, and power tools.
- Conduct minor repairs on essential systems (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC, emergency lighting, fire alarms).
- Perform upkeep tasks such as snow removal, painting, and other maintenance activities as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ maintenance experience within a skilled nursing facility.
- Proficient in basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, flooring, and painting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
