Job Title: Maintenance Worker
Program: Maintenance/Admin/UC
Salary: $40,000 - $45,000 yr (Based on experience and educational achievements)
General Responsibilities:
CGS is looking for an experienced Maintenance Worker. As the maintenance worker is responsible for performing routine and extensive range of work in the repair and general maintenance of facilities, buildings, and equipment under general supervision.
Required Skills:
- High school or GED Diploma is required.
- A valid driver’s license, vehicle and own tools (This qualification must be kept during the entire period as Catholic Guardian Services employee) suspended driver license and loosing of vehicle can cause a termination from the department.
- Ability to use efficiently various hand tools.
Desired Skills:
- Communicate efficiently and fluently in both written and oral form.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships.
