About the Role

As a BDR, you’ll be on the front lines of the sales process, doing cold outreach to prospects and setting high-quality appointments for the closing team. With a proven framework and consistent lead flow, your role is critical in ensuring the success of the broader sales team.

This company has 26 active setters, 20 closers, and an outbound team focused on scaling to the next level. Top performers thrive here because of the support, mentorship, and structured growth paths available.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience Matters : At least 6 months of outbound sales experience (cold calling, lead generation, or business development). High-ticket sales experience is a big plus.
  • Driven & Resilient : You thrive in a performance-based environment where hustle and grit are rewarded.
  • Ability to work a Wednesday–Sunday schedule (our buyers are most active on weekends)
  • Coachable : Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the team’s structured sales system.
  • Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with CRMs like GoHighLevel or HubSpot is a plus.
  • Professionalism : This is a remote role, but the expectation is to show up with a collared shirt and represent the company with excellence.
