About the Role
As a BDR, you’ll be on the front lines of the sales process, doing cold outreach to prospects and setting high-quality appointments for the closing team. With a proven framework and consistent lead flow, your role is critical in ensuring the success of the broader sales team.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Experience Matters : At least 6 months of outbound sales experience (cold calling, lead generation, or business development). High-ticket sales experience is a big plus.
- Driven & Resilient : You thrive in a performance-based environment where hustle and grit are rewarded.
- Ability to work a Wednesday–Sunday schedule (our buyers are most active on weekends)
- Coachable : Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the team’s structured sales system.
- Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with CRMs like GoHighLevel or HubSpot is a plus.
- Professionalism : This is a remote role, but the expectation is to show up with a collared shirt and represent the company with excellence.
