We are seeking a Senior Apparel Product Designer specializing in cut and sew to support the women’s running product design team. This role focuses on ideation, future vision, and creating innovative performance apparel. The ideal candidate is a technical expert with a strong background in lifestyle and performance apparel design, advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator, and the ability to work autonomously across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop advanced cut and sew performance apparel for women’s running.
- Create and deliver new product concepts using innovative technologies and processes.
- Hand-sketch and ideate quickly to visualize product ideas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with the women’s design vision.
- Communicate design concepts through clear storytelling and narrative building.
- Ensure designs meet performance, business, and consumer requirements.
Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in apparel or cut and sew design.
- Expertise in lifestyle and performance apparel.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong skills in hand sketching and quick ideation.
Preferred:
- Experience designing running apparel.
- Innovation mindset with a track record of bringing new ideas to life.
- Knowledge of 3D design tools (e.g., CLO or similar software).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently across functions.
