Our client in the Retail space is seeking a Sr. Apparel Product Designer. This person is focused on ideation & future vision for the women's running athlete and consumer. As a cut & sew expert generating new ways of thinking through performance products that result in competitive advantages growth opportunities. Develops ideas that are consistent with the women's design ethos and vision by collaborating creative cross functional partners.

Responsibilities:
- Delivers proof of concept by turning new product visions into reality. Identifies advanced skills in product construction materials and processes.
- Individual meets complex challenges with imaginative state of the art approaches supported by feasible solutions.
- Clearly and concisely communicates the knowledge required and best practices, storytelling, and narrative building for women's running product.
- Demonstrate adaptability in assisting others to enhance overall team performance.
- Work collaboratively with all team members to foster a positive and inclusive environment.
- Requires a Bachelors Degree and of 8 years directly relevant work experience.
- 8 YEO in clothing product design or Cut and sew design.
- Technical performance designer in lifestyle and performance apparel.
- Hand sketching ideas, quick ideation.
- Advance in Adobe illustrator.
- Running clothing experience.
- Innovation - bringing new ideas or thought processes.
- 3D experience, CLO or similar tools.
- Can work with multiple functions and teams autonomously, high multitasker, very cross functional.
