Hardware Project Manager

We are seeking experienced Hardware Project Manager will be responsible for managing all phases of the project lifecycle for hardware-related initiatives. This role requires applying project management methodologies to design, scope management, cost control, quality assurance, and performance reporting. The position focuses on managing hardware and software development during the research and development (R&D) phase of highly complex products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, track, and manage project budgets, plans, timelines, and scope.
• Oversee and allocate project resources, including recruiting, motivating, coaching, and advising team members.
• Collaborate closely with functional project teams to define business requirements, system architecture, and engineering development plans.
• Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams across multiple layers of computing systems.
• Ensure adherence to proper systems development and project management processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering preferred).
• 4 years of experience as a Project Manager or R&D Engineering Manager.
• Proven experience with ADO (Azure DevOps) for at least 2–4 years.
• Experience in hardware, firmware, or software project management
• Hands-on experience with test and measurement equipment.
• Hardware product development experience.
• Expertise with Microsoft tools, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Project.
• Ability to adapt and exercise sound judgment in dynamic, high-pressure environments.
• Demonstrated capability to learn business processes quickly and collaborate effectively across different organizational levels.
• Experience delivering technology solutions in large-scale, multi-platform systems environments.
