Strategic Planning and Business Analysis Manager

We are seeking Strategic Planning and Business Analysis Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic plans to drive growth, profitability, and alignment with long-term organizational goals. Conduct analyses, identify opportunities, and negotiate strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and partnerships to support the organization’s vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans, including 3-year plans and annual objectives.
• Conduct environmental scans and organizational analyses to support strategic positioning.
• Identify and evaluate acquisitions, licensing opportunities, and business alliances.
• Drive the strategic business planning process, ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Establish and monitor performance metrics, ensuring accountability for achieving objectives.
• Lead and prepare for Quarterly Business Reviews to assess progress and adjust strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of relevant experience as a business/process leader or industry expert.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, analysis, and negotiation.
