Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Obtaining technical data from independent observation, review with technical staff members, and / or studies of published materials and existing documentation.
- Working with specialists, analysts, programmers, etc., to obtain background information of technologies, methods, and standards.
- Interfacing with users to help resolve questions and issues with the system.
- Tracking user issue resolution and leveraging responses to develop FAQs and knowledge management materials.
- Edit, standardize, or make changes to material prepared by other writers.
- Perform quality assurance on all materials.
