Description
The HR Generalist will have a strong focus on recruiting, bringing in top talent to meet the company’s hiring needs. They will also support employee relations, HR policies, benefits administration, and compliance. This role reports to the Controller and works directly with department heads to ensure smooth HR operations while attracting and retaining great employees.

Outcomes
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new hires
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and provide recruiting solutions
- Develop and maintain HR-related policies and procedures
- Administer and review employee benefits offerings and insurance programs
- Coordinate and manage performance review sessions with department leaders
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Keep employee records up-to-date with new hire information, terminations, and employment changes
- Maintain job descriptions, and update the organizational chart to reflect accurate roles
- Provide day-to-day HR support, responding to employee queries and handling employee relations matters
- Stay informed about industry trends and legislative changes to ensure HR compliance
- Assist in the design and delivery of training and development programs
- Contribute to HR projects as needed
Skill and Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or Recruiting Specialist
- Hands-on experience with HR information systems (HRIS)
- Excellent knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, growing environment
- Problem-solving mindset, with attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Team player with a collaborative approach

Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
