We are currently hiring a Business Analyst to support one of our federal clients in Northern Virginia. This role requires an active Top-Secret clearance with SCI. The ideal candidate works well with a team and has the desire and aptitude to learn new software, cloud applications and information technology concepts. This role is part of a broader team implementing and maintaining SAP solutions. As a functional analyst you will work closely with customer end users and developers to translate current processes into requirements for configuration and development of new functionality.

In this position, you can expect to:
- Collaborate with end-users, subject matter experts and internal teams to gather and understand their needs, objectives and constraints
- Analyze gathered requirements to identify potential conflicts or gaps, work with users to clarify and refine the requirements, as needed
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create clear and concise requirement documentation
- Establish traceability between requirements and test cases to ensure end-to-end test coverage
- Manage changes throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring proper approval and documentation of changes
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the requirements engineering process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with requirements gathering and development
- Strong analytical as well as organizational skills with an ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience with database management and system integration principles
- Active TS/SCI CI polygraph required
- Ability to learn functional concepts quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Communicates relevant messages on time and with constructive feedback to cross-functional colleagues & managers
- Prior experience with enterprise software or cloud applications, e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, AWS, Google
- Bachelor's Degree 2 years minimum professional experience
- Willingness to obtain CompTIA Security
