Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support in various administrative tasks. This role requires strong time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage clerical duties including filing, scanning, collection of company receipts & making sure entered in a timely manner.
  • Assist with data entry in Buildertrend.
  • Manage purchases & negotiate terms with vendors
  • Assist in collecting payments from homeowners.
  • Support team members with various administrative projects.

Requirements

  • Prefer at least 2 years experience of working in construction of some type.
  • Experience with Buildertrend software or Procore is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.

Pay: $19.50 - $25.00 per hour
