We are urgently Hiring for a highly motivated Bookkeeping Assistant/Administrative Assistant! This is a full time position. Basic duties would include:
- Answer phones and forwarding messages
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
- Collect and Distribute mail
- Prepare communications, such as emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
- Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Perform basic bookkeeping, especially AP.
- Help with tenant utility billing
- Assist with preparation of rental increases
- Audit tenant files for accuracy in all systems.
- Basic knowledge of intercompany accounting transactions.
- Assist with posting rental/lease ads.
- All other duties as assigned
To be qualified for this position, you must have:
- At least 2 years of office experience, especially in construction, development or property management
- At least two years of experience with Accounts Payable.
- The ability to work flexibly in Excel or other programs to perform these tasks.
- An attitude of teamwork and collaboration!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
