Requirements
What you will be doing : While every day is different at Briere Production Group, you will be responsible for finding business opportunities and managing customer relationships.
What you bring to the table : Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of previous sales experience in the live events industry, has a strong book of business, a substantial knowledge of respective local markets, superior customer service skills to deal with both internal and external personnel, and strong PC skills including : Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet. It is preferred that our candidate is located in the Seattle, Washington area, but open to any Pacific Northwest candidate.
What you should know :
- Strong knowledge of audio, lighting, video and staging event technology and equipment.
- Excellent sales and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with tools like Flex Rental Solutions, Microsoft Office, CRM, and project management software.
- Ability to negotiate and troubleshoot client needs.
- This position is full time.

Compensation & Benefits :
Total compensation package includes base pay plus robust commission plan. The pay range for this position is estimated to be $80,000-120,000. Actual salary to be determined by the experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant combined with location and alignment with market data. Additionally, we offer comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance and paid time off.
