Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of various events, including conferences, workshops, trade shows, and company-sponsored gatherings
- Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and guest accommodations
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure all event requirements are met
- Help manage event timelines and ensure all activities stay on schedule
- Assist with event promotion and marketing efforts, including social media posts, email campaigns, and event collateral
- Provide on-site support during events, handling registration, attendee inquiries, and troubleshooting
- Maintain and update event databases and documentation, ensuring all details are accurately recorded
- Assist in post-event follow-up, including surveys, feedback collection, and reports
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field preferred
- 1 years of experience in event coordination or a similar role is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with clients, vendors, and team members
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
