Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events from inception to completion
- Communicate with vendors, venues, and clients to ensure all event details are confirmed and executed
- Help prepare event materials, including invitations, programs, and signage
- Support on-site event activities, including set-up, registration, and breakdown
- Attend meetings with event planners to discuss timelines, budgets, and logistics
