About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities by posting job ads, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews
- Assist with new hire onboarding, including preparing documentation and facilitating orientation sessions
- Maintain and update employee records while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, policies, and procedures
- Assist with benefit administration and coordination of employee services
- Help organize training programs, employee events, and engagement initiatives
- Support performance management processes, including scheduling reviews and tracking documentation
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team and assist with special projects as needed
- Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Previous administrative or HR support experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- High level of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
