Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team with day-to-day tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing sales presentations, and maintaining client records
• Process and track customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Support sales efforts by identifying and qualifying leads, scheduling calls, and following up with potential clients
• Maintain and update CRM systems with client details, sales activities, and progress on sales goals
• Help prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts for clients
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and addressing customer needs
• Assist in market research and competitor analysis to support sales strategies

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred)
• 1 year of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
