- Provide individualized support and supervision to clients, including transportation, recreational activities, and assistance with daily living skills.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Review Nurse Administrator (CRNA) and Individualized Recovery Plan (IRP) teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Advocate for clients in areas of independent community living, offering guidance and coordination as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field.
