- Schedule appointments with homeowners interested in solar energy installations across states including California, Florida, Texas, and more.
- Leverage personal connections to expand your reach and identify leads.
- Engage prospects through various channels such as door-to-door visits, social media, family and friends, and cold calling (with a complimentary Mojo dialer at your disposal).
- Focus solely on setting appointments; our experienced sales team will handle all follow-ups and sales processes.
- Exceptional communication abilities.
- Proficient in networking and outreach techniques.
- Comfort with cold calling and the use of technological tools.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive support to ensure your success.
- Must possess a U.S.-based bank account.

- Achieve a high earning potential, with compensation up to $1,500 per successful installation, with opportunities to increase to $3,500 or a 35% commission structure.
- Prompt payment upon contract signing and inspection completion.
- This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position with no base salary.
