In this role, you will engage with homeowners already interested in solar energy—appointments are provided, allowing you to focus on closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual consultations with homeowners from pre-scheduled appointments.
  • Present the benefits of our solar solutions and the distinction of our company.
  • Utilize our advanced software to manage your sales pipeline and customer interactions efficiently.
  • Maintain knowledge of solar technology, financing options, and best sales practices.
  • Collaborate with our project management team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • (Optional) Recruit and mentor new team members ("Setters") to enhance your team's success.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, able to engage and guide clients through their decision-making process.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and understand customer needs effectively.
  • Self-motivated and driven by the opportunity for significant financial success.
  • Experience in leading teams is advantageous, particularly for those interested in recruiting.
  • Background in home services (e.g., roofing, real estate) is beneficial, providing insight into homeowner interactions.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
