What You’ll Do:

• Be the right-hand to our Regional Project Managers, leading the charge on a variety of tasks: recruiting and coaching top-tier technicians, scheduling services, issuing job orders, and managing field communication.
• Play detective in problem-solving and keep our platforms updated while proactively communicating with the team.
• Work your magic in programs like Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Slack, Service Channel, Brightrax, and more.
• Showcase company values in everything you do: relationship management, teamwork, communication, grit, and drive.

The Requirements:

• A dedicated office space that’s all yours.
• A professional environment where you can focus and thrive.
• Set hours from 9 am to 5 pm, with ability to handle urgent items outside of those hours as needed. Shared after-hours backup every 8-12 weeks.

Salary : $35,360 - $52,000
