Job Description
Brightfire is seeking a Director of Analytics to join our team. This vital role sits at the nexus of data and operations, focusing on maximizing profitability through insightful analytics. - Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business health and identify issues proactively.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to design and implement comprehensive reporting systems.
- Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations in a clear, concise manner to stakeholders across the company.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in analytics and data science to continually enhance our analytics capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in analytics, preferably in a technology or marketing-focused company.
