Brighton Center, Inc. is a private non-profit community-based organization with the mission to create opportunities for individuals and families to reach self-sufficiency through family support services, education, employment, and leadership.
Purpose:
Create an excellent first impression for all who access the Kentucky Career Center (KCC) to ensure that job seekers, employers, and other stakeholders are empowered to use KCC services, leading to high-quality employment, training, and economic development in the Northern Kentucky/Greater Cincinnati region.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality customer service to all individuals engaging with KCC.
- Perform front desk reception functions such as greeting and checking in customers, answering and routing phone calls, tracking data, and maintaining event and room booking calendars.
- Train, supervise, and schedule Front Desk and Resource Room volunteers/interns.
- Manage KCC's social media platforms and website by developing and posting daily content in accordance with the marketing plan and branding guidelines.
- Create fliers and marketing materials for KCC services and events.
Requirements:
- A combination of education/training and experience (professional and/or lived) is valued and will be highly considered.
- 1-2 years of non-profit or customer service experience.
- Familiarity with social media, Canva, and Squarespace preferred.

This is an Exempt position with a salary range of $35,500 - $37,000.
