Brighton House is a beautiful 78-bed facility filled with friendly faces and new opportunities! We are looking for a seasoned  Assistant Director of Nursing / Staff Development Coordinator (SDC / IP)   with superb clinical & leadership skills to join our team and continue providing quality care to our beloved residents.

    • Requirements for  Assistant Director of Nursing / Staff Development Coordinator :

  • RN or LPN in state of Massachusetts
  • SDC experience preferred

    • Job Duties for  Assistant Director of Nursing / Staff Development Coordinator : :

  • Dementia training and policy and procedures
  • Conducts the facility new hire orientation process
  • Teaches and facilitates Nurse Aide Training Program
  • Participates in the facility Quality assurance process
  • Maintains staff licensure, certification, physicals and immunization for compliance
  • Collecting necessary mandatory education related to fire safety
