Desktop Support Technician

We're seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy IT Assistant to support our organization's technology infrastructure. As an IT Assistant, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our corporate ICT services and infrastructures.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our Italian office to manage and maintain our hardware infrastructure
• Support the administration and production departments with SAP Business One ERP software
• Troubleshoot network issues and resolve diagnostic problems with hardware, software, and network systems
• Provide anti-virus protection and cybersecurity measures in accordance with company policies
• Manage budgets for infrastructure and ensure timely replenishment of spare parts
• Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork to improve ICT systems and infrastructures

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of hardware, systems, and networking (required)
• Strong collaboration, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn and work independently in managing US hardware and software infrastructure
