Responsibilities
Human Resources Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support in areas of employee recruitment, hiring, onboarding, retention, and evaluation
- Maintains documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, and classifications
- Examines employee files to provide information for personnel actions
- Supports the employee on-boarding and off-boarding process
- Assists with data management and file maintenance of company and employee records
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Accounting/ Payroll Support Responsibilities
- Assists with payroll processing, vouchers, invoices, account statements, purchases, reports, and other records according to program standards
- Reconciles monthly general ledger accounts
- Reviews and files payroll related documentation
- Provides internal and external audits and reviews as requested
- Develops procedures in conjunction with leadership
Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Two or more years in a Human Resources
- Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
