The responsibilities of this position include coaching and mentoring direct support staff, creating a positive work environment, addressing and correcting health, safety, and environmental concerns, ensuring clinical and behavioral support objectives and goals are implemented and documented, and monitoring employee schedules and Teletime reports.
This role also requires ensuring protocols for communicating medical concerns are being followed, ensuring medication administration records are current, and ensuring medical appointments are scheduled and met. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing fiscal processes and loss control programs to ensure appropriate allocation of financial resources.
